The Hawthorne Inn offers four neighborhoods of care and residents experience independence, along with the security of knowing that health care services are available to enhance their life and meet their changing needs. Within the Hawthorne Inn, you will find Nick’s Sweet Shoppe, Beauty & Barber Shop, Village Library, and the Physician Consultation Room.
The assisted living center caters to people that need a little extra help in their daily lives, but not the extensive care of a nursing home. The Hawthorne Inn offers three levels of service to meet the needs of our residents in a safe and secure environment.

Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nursing offers simply the finest in skilled nursing care. The skilled nursing neighborhood has an attentive staff to meet each resident’s individual needs. Skilled nursing is staffed by 24-hour licensed nursing professionals who monitor each resident’s medical, mental, and emotional needs and are dedicated to providing an exceptional quality of life to every resident.

Garden Court
Garden Court is a special care neighborhood catering to those with Alzheimer’s and dementia related disorders. The focus of the neighborhood is safety and keeping the resident at their optimum level of function. It will provide a quiet, stress-reduced atmosphere. Each resident will be allowed to move at their own pace with staff supervision and cueing to accomplish the activities of daily living.
